These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you ("Traveler," "you") and Saga Elite Tour ("we," "us," "our") regarding any tour, service, or booking made through our website, by email, or by phone.

By making a booking or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

To make a Booking, you must be 18 years or older and provide accurate personal details. All Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Saga Elite Tour.

Your Booking is confirmed only when you have paid the required deposit and received written Confirmation from us.

A deposit of 30% of the total Tour price is required to confirm your Booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the Tour departure date.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude international flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses.

If you need to cancel your Booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all Saga Elite Tour travelers. Your policy must cover emergency medical treatment, trip cancellation, and lost baggage.

Saga Elite Tour acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services. We work with vetted suppliers but do not own or control them. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Tour.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County, New York.
